Resilience is the ability to bounce back from adversity and to grow from the challenges that we face in life. In this course, we will explore specific meditation, breathing and mindfulness-based practices to cultivate the critical skills you need to not only cope with the stressors and challenges you face, but also to learn and grow from them. These skills include self-awareness, mental flexibility, self-knowledge and resourcefulness.

Our focus is not on specific issues, but rather on the core skills that can be applied to any challenge that may arise. This workshop will not only teach you the techniques but also ways to apply them in everyday life.
